We also hold ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certifications.Job Description:We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst III to lead efforts in making our digital products accessible and inclusive.

This role involves deep involvement in the planning, testing, and implementation of accessibility standards across all platforms, ensuring compliance with Section 508 and enhancing user engagement for all, including individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Accessibility Analysis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of business processes and systems to ensure they meet or exceed accessibility standards.
  • Develop and Document Requirements: Create detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a focus on robust accessibility solutions.
  • Guide and Mentor Teams: Lead and mentor a team involving UX designers, developers, and other analysts to integrate accessibility throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Manage Testing and Compliance: Oversee the testing of applications using various assistive technologies and ensure all products achieve compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in accessibility standards.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in project management and agile methodologies.

Minimum Eligibility:

  • Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus).
  • Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for at least three (3) years, and Federal Tax compliant.
