Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of the IRS Program initiatives, ensuring alignment with the IT Modernization Plan.
- Develop and maintain program management artifacts, including timelines, roadmaps, and status reports.
- Oversee risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with IRS and contractor teams.
- Ensure compliance with IRS standards and successful delivery of program objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
- 10-12 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on government or large-scale IT modernization projects.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, risk management, and OneSDLC documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with IRS or similar government agencies preferred.
Minimum Eligibility:
- Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus).
- Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for at least three (3) years, and Federal Tax compliant.
