About this Role:
Infinitive is seeking upcoming 2024 graduates to join our Business Analysis Competency Group. We are looking for candidates who are accountable, passionate, assertive, proactive, open & honest, results oriented, and adaptable.
What You’ll Do:
Each project engagement at Infinitive represents a new challenge that will give you exposure to new clients, business issues, technologies, and people and will involve a range of responsibilities to include:
- Provide project support on enterprise transformation & technology initiatives.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint review, and retrospectives,
- Draft test plans, requirements documents, and stakeholder presentations.
- Analyze and interpret data and present findings & recommendations to executives.
- Participate in internal training opportunities and obtain AWS certifications.
- Receive a Career Coach to assist you in developing your career path.
- Participate in our Accelerator Program and receive additional training designed for new professionals in our organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited university
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively interface with all levels of personnel and management.
- Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
- Knowledge of AWS services and how they interact. AWS certifications a plus.
- Interest in pursuing a career in management consulting.
