The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in achieving sales quotas, and a passion for nurturing strong client relationships. As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in propelling Donorbox's sales growth, primarily focusing on closing deals using a value-based sales approach. Your responsibilities will include qualifying leads, conducting discovery sessions, identifying pain points, and orchestrating next steps for demos facilitated by our SDR team.You will be a part of one of the best remote work environments, fostering a collaborative sales culture dedicated to innovation and the personal development of its team members, while maintaining a fun and rewarding atmosphere.

Responsibilities
- Create a lasting and positive impression of Donorbox for our prospects
- Become an expert at articulating our value proposition and asking key discovery questions
- Focus on closing prospects through demos of our product
- Manage account pipeline, data integrity, and forecasting within Hubspot
- Strategically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline to include monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
- Collaborate closely with our consulting partners to uncover new opportunities and nurture ongoing industry relationshipsÂ
- Deliver compelling Zoom-based and in-person presentations, leveraging comprehensive product knowledge and sales best practices within a value-based sales approach
- Confidently engage with VP & C-Suite executives, adeptly navigating through multiple decision-makers in complex organizations to drive urgency and secure organizational alignment
- Work closely with a team of Sales Development Reps to provide strategic direction and feedback
- Develop strong relationships within the market while actively promoting Donorbox's brand and products through adept public relations
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales quota and be well-compensated for doing so
- Prospect, follow up on leads, influence and respond to RFPs
- Achieve all key performance metrics and goals on a weekly and monthly basis
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2-4 years of work as an Account Executive achieving quotas
- Experience working with a CRM or sales enablement tool (HubSpot, Outreach, Aircall etc.)
- Demonstrated drive for success and career progression
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and adaptable to changing priorities
- Great at asking questions and being assertive
- Coachable and resilient in the face of objections and rejection
- Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information
- A technical background is a plus
Details
- Fully remote based in United States
- Candidates must be based in ET timezone (or comfortable working standard ET hours)
- Salary: $70,000-$75,000
