Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- The PM shall have specific mastery level knowledge and experience working with full acquisition life-cycle support combined with training and practical experience managing, leading, supervising, assigning work, scheduling, meeting facilitation, and management analysis of a diverse team.
- Oversee and supervise a team of 100+ contract staff providing acquisition, financial, training, quality auditing, and data analytic support to the client agency.
- Manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
- Provide thought leadership on organizational improvement and optimization
- Develop and maintain tools to monitor and report work assignments, and tasks
- Develop and update contract deliverables
Skills & Key Attributes:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years of program or project management experience, which shall include a minimum of 5 years of experience on Federal programs and projects, within the last 10 years
- Ability to lead and architect successful teams and delivery solutions with a focus on acquisitions, procurement, finance, and PMO workstreams
- Familiarity with cost-plus contracting and assisted acquisitions
- Experience managing large complex programs
- PMP certification
