The Junior Analyst will provide administrative and executive correspondence management support for customer’s Front Office and the mission support offices. The Junior Analyst will directly support Customer’s leaders to reduce risks to our cyber and physical infrastructure. They will assist with managing executive correspondence processes and editing, formatting, and coordinating content for written materials for the program offices and senior leaders in compliance with department’s policies and procedural requirements. They will work closely with and communicate routinely with executive secretariat team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders. They will also have the opportunity use and develop skillsets in the following tools: MS Power BI, MS Project, MS Excel, MS SharePoint, and Adobe Illustrator.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Provide internal guidance and coordination regarding administrative functions, management controls, metrics development, standard operating procedures, and general administrative compliance.
- Ensuring compliance with current administrative policies and task requirements, executive secretariat guidelines, formats, and procedures; drafts responses to written request; corrects and completes clearance documentation; and utilizes acceptable style, tone, and timeliness.
- Initiating drafts and/or editing responses to letters, memos, briefing memoranda, and other executive correspondence products using template language and standard formatting styles.
- Uses databases, spreadsheets, and SharePoint tools to track timeframes and progress of developing, clearing, and submitting executive correspondence documents and responses to internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
- A BS/BA degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience performing similar duties as listed above. Relevant coursework is acceptable.
- Advanced skills working with MS 365 tools required, particularly Outlook and MS Teams.
- Experience in SharePoint and Excel preferred.
- Must be eligible to receive a DHS suitability clearance. An active Secret clearance is preferred.
