The Role
Donorbox is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Growth and Marketing Team. We're seeking someone to help nurture leads generated through various marketing channels using social media messaging, live chats, calls, and emails. This person should be able to build relationships with prospective leads, understand their needs and pain points, and provide information about how Donorbox can help them. The ideal candidate should be able to conduct end-to-end sales processes and close deals.
They should also be able to qualify and schedule meetings with our Account Executives for closing enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Understand Donorbox’s target audience and its preferences, needs, and challenges.
- Be the first point of contact for all cold and warm leads generated through various channels.
- Target: convert signups in to paying users and book meetings with Account Executives for enterprise clients.
- Research the leads and fill in the information in the CRM.
- Hunt for new leads and connect with them through LinkedIn.
- Build relationships with prospective leads through LinkedIn messages, calls, live chats, and emails.
- Qualify lead lists for marketing and sales.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales role for the North American Market
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn to communicate with leads or clients
- Experience interacting with cold leads through email, calls, and live chats
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Independent worker capable of lead hunting and managing multiple lead sources
- Hubspot/Salesforce experience
- Experience selling SaaS product in the North American Market
Bonus
- Worked in a remote environment
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
- Worked with nonprofits in any capacity

- Fully remote

- Salary: $1500/mo - $1800/mo, depending on experience
