Senior RPA Developer
to add to our team.
Quick Position Overview:
- Must be either a U.S. citizen
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- minimum of 7 years position related experience is required
- All candidates will require a Department of Homeland Security TSA Clearance to work on this program.

The Role:
As an RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, configuration, and integration of new Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, as well as the operations and maintenance of existing components in the TSA HR technology stack. RPA plays a significant role in the TSA solution, and your role will involve supporting not only new components but also refactoring existing components for efficiency, compliance, and performance. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting system enhancements and updates.
While primarily focused on RPA technologies such as Kofax and UIPath, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple technologies in an agile team setup and collaborate closely with functional analysts and client users.

Education and Experience:
Required
- Minimum 7 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in large and complex IT projects, preferably in the Human Capital space
- 7+ years of experience with RPA tools, preferably Kofax and UIPath
- 3+ years of experience developing and executing unit test scripts, troubleshooting issues, supporting user acceptance testing, and creating technical designs
- Proven ability to learn and adopt new technologies
Required Certifications
Preferred Skills
- Experience with full stack development, especially with Python
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD
- Experience with human capital systems, especially in support of Federal customers
- Experience working with SAFe
