· Provide services and products that identify, develop, and coordinate the integration of technical support, planning and analysis, business support and operation support to the Marine Corps. · Serve as the Team lead to support staff action requirements. · Ensure Team compliance with safety, training and certification requirements.Knowledge:· Working knowledge on the USMC concept development and warfighting requirements, programs, and operations.   Apply the Commandants Planning Guidance (CPG) to plan and resource Marine Corps program requirements.· Working knowledge of Capabilities Planning and Warfighting Enterprise Programming functions · Working knowledge of analysis and support for JCIDS, Business Capability Acquisition Cycle (BCAC) and POM Planning definition, development and maintenance · Working knowledge on the business process integration with application of Enterprise Architecture modeling process.

· Working knowledge of Program Management Support to staff sections..· Working knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution Process.Experience:· Required - 10 years of experience as a program manager/technical project director or as a senior consultant with the ability to supervise and manage large, diverse, and complicated research and development projects and to interface with all levels of Department of Defense (DoD) management. · Required - 10 years of experience performing technical supervision, project management and task planning in the operation, maintenance, analysis, design, testing and evaluation of complex modeling and simulation systems, and wargaming. · Desired - USMC military or civilian service experience. · Desired - CDD/CD&I program experience · Desired – Experience managing task orders issued on an IDIQ using FFP or T&M task ordersSkills:· Interact and effectively communicate with Marine Corps senior uniformed officers and senior executives. · Coach, mentor, and develop a 15-25 employee team. · Apply ISO 9001 quality control processes. · Use SharePoint portals to host, share and archive information. · Use Defense Collaborative System, WebEx and other collaborative planning tools. · Identify, interview, and complete hiring actions within 30 days of an employee departure. · Develop white papers, concepts, concepts of operation/employment, capability requirements, letters of clarification, memoranda of agreement/understanding, naval messages, formal taskers, information/position papers, briefs, and other supporting documentation compliant with customer templates. · Use of MS Office/365 office toolsAbilities:· Prioritize, synchronize, allocate resources and schedule activities to support organization requirements.

· Maintain polished oral communication skills to brief and work with executive level leaders and managersCredentials:· Required - Top Secret SCI eligibility/access or confirmed eligibility by Central Adjudicating Facility to attain SCI access within 30 days. · Desired - PMP desiredBenefits:
