Common App is currently searching for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Manager will support the work of Common App’s mission to promote access, equity, and integrity in the college admissions process by advancing the growth and strategic use of SFMC enterprise-wide. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager will report to the Director, Constituent Relationship Management System (CRM) and will ensure the organization’s strategic use of the SFMC platform. The manager will serve as the organization’s SFMC point-person, administrator, and will share subject matter expertise and technical guidance.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
This role requires:
- Candidates must live in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and at least 4-6 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud components such as Email Studio, Content Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, CloudPages and Intelligence Reports
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification (or obtained within 6 months of start date)
- SQL certification (or obtained within 6 months of start date)
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) components such as Email Studio, Content Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, CloudPages and Intelligence Reports
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and SFMC integrations
- Proven ability to effectively develop, influence, present and communicate complex concepts to cross-functional teams, non-technical users, and leadership
- Proficient in AMPscript and HTML to drive personalized email content using Data Extensions
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Knowledge of SFMC Mobile Connect
- Knowledge of Common App organization and product including mission, goals and brand
- Master’s degree in relevant field
- Experience leading or assisting with Salesforce implementation projects
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Agile
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- A passion for higher education is a plus.
PAY RANGE
$95,000- $100,000
