Trilogy Federal is looking for a Project Manager with knowledge and meaningful experience in project management to support a large healthcare organization with a focus on standardizing PMO functions across a high-visibility Program Office. The ideal candidate will have outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, experience in consulting and project management, and a desire to learn and contribute. We anticipate a high level of face-to-face client interaction with this role and we are seeking candidates who flourish in a fast-paced onsite environment.

The position has a hybrid schedule of teleworking from home and traveling 70-80% for onsite support. 


Please note that this position is contingent upon contract award. Expected work to begin mid-April 2024.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Support both assigned emerging projects as well as enduring, fluid healthcare transformation initiatives. 
  • Lead projects and workstreams as an independent contributor.
  • Serve as a senior project team resource, providing mentorship to junior team members as needed.  
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client personnel, providing guidance and thought leadership on achievement of project goals and objectives. 
  • Customer presentation and project coordination.
  • Meeting facilitation and support.
  • Demonstrate agility, flexibility, broad support, commitment to customer satisfaction, responsiveness to contract requirements and proactive qualities.
  • Develop detailed communications plans and products, including strategic overviews, targeted routine, and ad-hoc products.
  • Benchmarking, key performance indicator development, and monitoring.
  • Develop sophisticated briefing tools, including presentations, reports, and information papers.
  • Facilitate virtual and guide, lead co-ordination/collaboration from various business units.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in Project Management/Project Analysis in a consulting environment (private or public sector).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
  • The ability to travel 70-80% of working schedule.
  • A personal credit card (in order to charge approved, company-reimbursable expenses).
  • The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Experience leading teams and conducting executive level briefings.
  • Experience managing large process improvement projects.
  • Must have ability to develop and lead briefings, develop reports, collect, and interpret data and analytics, and progress and performance management within specified key performance indicators for individual projects and overall body of work.
  • Expertise in working with program management, project management, and national initiatives.
  • Self-starter able to work independently and within a team.
  • Flexibility and the ability to react to rapidly changing requirements.
  • Detailed understanding of Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint.

$90,000 - $105,000 a yearThis range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands. In addition to salary, Trilogy offers robust benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance coverage, 401(k) match, paid holidays, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and a very supportive work/life balance.
