This role will directly support the Strength Maintenance Training Battalion (SMTB) at Camp Robinson which is currently the acting schoolhouse for the Recruiting and Retention Command, United States National Guard.
DUTIES
- Work with training developers to update and revise lesson plans to reflect new developments in the field.
- Conduct classroom instruction via resident/on-site or distance learning modalities.
- Understand a variety of training methods and utilization of current automated logistics systems.
- Responsible for implementation, evaluation, and providing recommendations for the revision of logistics training courses.
Required Experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Military experience and Recruiting and Retention experience is required.
- Meet and maintain all Instructor Certification and training development requirements as specified in TRADOC Regulation (TR) 350-70, applicable TRADOC Pamphlets to include the following training:
- Possess currently applicable instructor qualifications;
- Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC)
- System Approach to Training Basic Course (SATBC)
- Test Construction Course (TCC)
- Small Group Instructor Training Course (SGITC)
- Training and Education Middle Manager Course (TEDMMC)
- Army Training Development Capability (TDC)
- ALM (Army Learning Model) Training
- (i.e. - Army Basic Instructor Course [ABIC], and Small Group Instructor Training Course [SGITC] within six months of employment as required.
