You will
- Drive customer and business recommendations through A/B testing, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
- Evaluate business performance by setting & monitoring KPIs across the customer service and delivery processes.
- Be involved in the product development for new features to improve customer service.
- Work cross-functionally with other job families like Product Managers, Tech Leads and CRM teams to drive strategic recommendations and optimize Stori’s performance.
- Manage stakeholders by providing communication and clearness of problems, proposing solutions and analyzing results
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Actuarial Science or other quantitative discipline with a strong focus on statistics.
- 2+ years of experience related to data analysis. Experience related to operations or customer service is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- An analyst who loves digging into large data sets and proactively improving their skillset
- Experience with SQL is required.
- Any programming language experience is good!
- Someone who shows ownership and works independently - willing to tackle a problem head-on.
