- Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, Tik Tok Ads and more!
- Work with our marketing and product teams to develop campaign objectives, targets, and KPIs.
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and lead ongoing testing and analysis.
- Work with creative teams to develop engaging ad copy and creative assets that drive engagement and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners, as needed.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on campaign performance and insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on user acquisition.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics tools and data to optimize campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to self- start and take action.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Problem solving skills
- Analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and concepts
- Proficient written and verbal communication in Spanish.
- Fluent level of English communication in written and spoken.
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
