Yokogawa Fluence Analytics is seeking an experienced and dedicated HSE Manager to oversee the company's health, safety, and environmental programs. The HSE Manager will work closely with the executive team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and develop and implement effective safety and environmental policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for promoting workplace safety and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and risks
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Manage and maintain safety data and records
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental sustainability

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Knowledge of applicable HSE laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Certifications in relevant HSE disciplines (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are highly desirable
  • Experience in implementing and managing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
