Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages the daily business process within Track to confirm settlement of charges in client’s ERP
- Monitors labor, equipment and material rates to ensure up-to-date contractual compliance
- Facilitates and ensures compliance to the Track daily settlement process
- Utilizes Track reporting and data insights to audit user role compliance for process timeliness, due date compliance, and error corrections
- Assigns schedules and pay formulas within Track for proper calculations of net billable hours
- Provides training to supervisors and vendors during onboarding, general maintenance, and releases
- Manages user accounts and profiles, as well as report filters, within Track
- Provides support for all Track Platform issues that hinder operation of the daily settlement process
- Maintains follow-up communications with MCi headquarters, as needed
Requirements
Qualifications and Competencies
- Able to travel and work on client sites for extended periods of time (50-75% travel required)
- TRACK Software experience is required
- 3 or more years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, procurement, or contractor management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Initiative: Works without direct supervision; searches for ways to contribute; proactively assists other team members; asks for help when needed; volunteers for ad-hoc assignments
- Problem Solving: Anticipates obstacles and proposes constructive solutions; troubleshoots client-specific issues with Track functionality; utilizes MCi resources to resolve problems and challenges

- Adherence to Standards and Directives: Follows MCi’s implementation methodology; utilizes documented standards and defined processes; follows supervisor instructions
- Communication Skills: Communicates effectively in writing, in person, and by phone or web meeting; exhibits professionalism in all interactions; clearly summarizes key points; represents MCi effectively
