Responsibilities:
- Implement a decision process based on data to guarantee the effectiveness of the KYC process, increase the productivity of the area and drive changes in the commercial strategy.
- Manage employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and mentorship for all members of the scope.
- Lead impact analysis evaluations related to technology change requirements, operating procedures, and processes that will scale up operations.
- Ensures that staff are fully trained and up-to-date on all applicable regulations, including KYC protocols and best practices; ensures that the team has access to the necessary tools to work successfully "
- Manage and propose new projects and optimizations of different processes, planning and executing them from start to finish, from initial evaluation to implementation and analysis of results.
- Analyze in depth the plans, projects and key executions of the area to recommend changes or adjustments and align them to the strategic vision
- Manage initiatives focused on the implementation of new projects, processes, optimizations or improvements.
- Possess the long-term strategy of the area, as well as the documentation of the area to accelerate the processes of incorporation of new members.
Requirements
- Bachelor´s Degree or higher
- 4+ years experience in working in KYC operation, regulations, risks and technologies.
- 3+ years experience in people management. Strong management skills, influencing and delegation skills. Strong ability to direct staff and workflows in accordance with Stori standards and practices.
- More than 3 years working in the Operations sector.
- Attention to detail focused on data-driven results.

- Excellent level of spoken and written English
- Desirable fintech or tech company experience
