Position Summary:


This entry level analyst role will devise, develop, and update reporting allowing ongoing analytical processes, workforce management planning, operational efficiency programs, and ad hoc needs in support of all post sales processes from implementation to customer success.  The role will be very hands-on using limited tools to build and learn data and new analysis requiring a consistently “ready and excited to learn” mindset.  This is a flexible role requiring collaboration across functions and ability to learn then master analytical tools, processes, and logic to create durable reporting supporting the broader post-sales teams. 

This is a remote role but may not be performed in the following states: California, Colorado, Maine, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C, or Washington.

What You Will Do and Deliver and the Outcomes Desired: 


  • Responsible for the overall delivery of high-value reporting, insights, and suggested action deliverables on behalf of our leaders and executives. 
  • Ideate, create, and maintain user friendly, intuitive performance dashboards at all levels of the organization, introducing best practices in support of operational effectiveness, efficiency and KPI achievement.  
  • Provide solid data & analytics thought leadership when developing ad hoc analysis. 
  • Centralize and consolidate reporting and analytics in support of post-sale functional leaders, delivering consistent reporting quality, succinctly and consistently. 
  • Partner with key stakeholders to assess and rationalize multiple sources of data and systems with an eye to simplify and consolidate where possible. 
  • Will learn and own doing workforce management planning, reporting, and monitoring. 

What You Need to Succeed: 


  • 1+ years data and analytics experience or background in analytical field of study. 
  • Ability to demonstrate logical analytical problem solving and report building with minimal guidance. 
  • Ability to deliver outcomes when data is limited or inconsistent. 
  • Ability to creating analysis and insight, both ad hoc and repeatably. 
  • Excellent relationship building, diplomacy, and decision-making skills. 
  • Fixer / builder mentality and confidence to provide input in group settings. 
  • Ability to develop into a trusted advisor; taking your analysis to insight to action. 
  • Knowledge and experience with Excel; ability to build complex formulas without intervention; ability to build logical models using data and formulas taking varying inputs to create different outputs 
  • Communication skills (PPT, visual story telling necessary) allowing individual to explain strategy and executional approach. 
  • Comfortable with learning and working with/implementing changing data sources, data repositories, and reporting applications. 
  • Creative with an automation 1st mind-set. 
  • Ideally, knowledge and experience with PowerBI as well.
