W-Industries is an energy service company that specializes in Automation Solutions, I&E Construction Services, Power Generation and Packaged Equipment for the Energy and Industrial markets. Our expertise encompasses the full spectrum of system technologies from pneumatic - hydraulic control systems to state-of-the-art programmable solutions to chemical injection systems, and everything in-between.This position revolves around ensuring equipment is operating properly before leaving customer premises and completing all invoices with accurate list of all parts used.
Building relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.Requirements
- Install, setup, start-up and assist with commissioning of products and equipment at customer site.
- Provide accurate diagnosis for reactive service calls and make repairs as indicated by work order while meeting contractual deadlines.
- Answer basic customer questions on product features, general use of product and product issues.
- Interact with leadman, supervisor, customer and other interested parties to perform assigned work.
- Mentor less experienced field service personnel.
- Effectively communicate with leadman, supervisor, customer and other interested parties.
- Awareness and understanding of company's policies, procedures, products and services.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of electricity, testing and troubleshooting methods to ensure quality products are conforming to requirements.
- Read mechanical, structural and electrical drawings.
- Use of multimeter, laptop, test sets, and other technical tools of the trade.
Required Skills & Competencies

Education & Experience
- 1-5 years as a Field Services Apprentice or previous relevant position / experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
