Job Summary
Helps direct the sales and business functions related to Houston & Branches Sales department to effectively meet stated company goals and objectives. Develops customer service objectives to meet customer expectations for products, services, and long-term partnerships. Helps manage daily pricing strategy and administer contracts, project bids and MRO agreements. Participates in resolving customer problems and follows-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Communicates changes in demand, and new order potential between manufacturing facilities and Inside Sales group.
Interfaces with outside sales, plant, and branch staff to discuss orders, inventory, pricing, availability, and delivery of products. Facilitates ongoing training and mentorship of inside sales group to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitates tactical pricing consistent with account volumes and operating income goals.
- Manages and maintains price structures and discounts in Salesforce as well as customer assignments.
- Develops strategy and executes daily pricing strategy.
- Facilitates training of inside sales representatives on new market, product, service, warranty, competition, regulations, and other general information related to current sales trends.
- Reviews new sales leads & bids and reports results to Branch Manager
- Communicates customer issues and sales to field representatives.
- Consults with engineering staff on regulation requirements or design changes.
- Prices all project and MRO agreement bids
- Fields any inquiries as needed from customers with a special focus on EPC firms.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field preferred.
Work Experience
- 4 years’ experience as an Inside Sales Representative in the Petro-Chemical industry preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Salary Range
- Depending on Experience: $57,500.00 - 78,705.00 plus, a quarterly bonus payout.
