Our expertise lies in accelerating delivery in Data and Analytics, Intelligent Automation, Application Development, and IT Modernization. We are currently expanding our federal team and are looking for a Communications Consultant. This opportunity is 100% remote.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance.
The Consultant will create, develop, and implement a variety of communications materials, to include senior leader briefings and talking points, presentations, news and information articles, marketing and branding, and events, such as town halls, brown bags, and information sessions. Experience in corporate communications and project management are important qualities too. Your enthusiasm and positive attitude will help you gain the trust of colleagues and external parties alike.
- Develop and deliver effective strategic communications concepts which includes strategy, preparation documents, facilitation guides, presentations, graphics, after action reports, and more
- Coordinate with graphic artists and web designers to provide visually appealing products that are consistent with client branding
- Review and analyze organizational documents to identify and provide recommendations to organizational leaders for use in developing clear, consistent, and unified messaging on strategic activities to stakeholders
- Develop, update, and maintain marketing materials for organizational strategic initiatives.
- Gather information and develop clear, concise, and unified marketing materials tailored to synchronize communications efforts and create a common understanding on organizational strategy to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams, senior leadership, and customers to aid in the development and implementation of various communications approaches, methodologies, and framework
- Articulate complex concepts in a compelling manner using written, visual and verbal methods
- Analyze and help develop and/or improve policies and procedures for a variety of programs and operational needs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university5+ years' experience creating marketing, training, and/or communications materials for government agenciesMS-Office suite and proficient with graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator, MS Publisher or InDesignGreat verbal and written communicationsProactive, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
