You’ll be in close partnership with our Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer to coach, lead, and transform the Product, UX, and Technology organizations into empowered, outcome-oriented product teams. This leader will have a team of 12 reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer.  

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the user experience strategy of our customers and suppliers across our different products
  • Coach and develop a talented and motivated team of UX professionals across Design, Research and Writing
  • Be a strong, active advocate for applying user-centered practices across the organization, not just within UX
  • Become an expert in the various types of users and products that we serve
  • Partner closely with the CPO and CTO to evolve and transform our product operating model
  • Guide our quarterly planning process by forming and prioritizing cross-functional objectives with the CPO and CTO

You may be a good fit if:


  • You have at least 12+ years of experience in UX, including working in modern, outcome-oriented product organizations
  • You have 5+ years of experience managing UX designers 
  • You have led an organization of at least 15 people, and have managed managers
  • You have experience developing and elevating UX leadership in Product development organizations
  • You know how to create and leverage both qualitative and quantitative insights to craft compelling stories and strategic context
  • You take collaboration and feedback seriously, and bring a wealth of practices and approaches to foster strong collaborative cultures
  • You love coaching and developing people
  • Bonus: You have worked in companies where service design was an important component of their UX practices
