Management Controls is an exciting and rapidly growing organization dedicated to staffing its Consulting Services Team with eager, motivated, and effective Associate Consultants. The Associate Consultant position will support Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and TaaS Consultants with data entry, preparing client presentations, analyzing data trends, and other client tasks. These activities will create an opportunity for Associate Consultants to grow their industry experience and advance their careers at Management Controls.
Associate Consultants will shadow senior resources and will receive training to gain a comprehensive overview of Track daily processes, software implementation, and consulting standards. The business is privately held, has been around for 30 years, services most of the Fortune 100, and is experiencing exponential growth, which will last into the next decade. This position is open to candidates located outside of the Houston, Texas area that reside within the continental US.
Duties and responsibilities
- Works with Consulting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assist with the end-to-end business process using the Track application
- Works with and through clients to execute Track daily processes, following MCi’s standards and delivering consistent quality
- Assists Consulting team with vendor onboarding activities to ensure productive results for the client implementation
- Assists with scheduling client meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing client deliverables
- Work with Consulting to help clients with the identification and organization of Master Data as required for Track
- Assists with instructor-led training and provides end-user support during and after the implementation process
- Utilizes Track University, Consulting Standards, and Consulting SMEs to master the functions of the Track application

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
