Job Description


We are looking for a Project Manager II to join our team. In this role, you will positively impact and accelerate multiple Employee & People Leader Journey initiatives underway by the client's Human Resources team. Our ideal candidate will have the skills to organize project teams, create and implement project plans, identify and track milestones and action items, and drive progress.  Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, trainings, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, and develop project plans and timelines accordingly.
  • Identify and allocate resources required for project execution, including personnel, budget, and materials, and effectively manage project budgets and expenses.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, risks, and issues, and escalate as necessary.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams and facilitate collaboration and communication among team members to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle, particularly in areas such as data privacy and employee relations.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and lessons learned, and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of HR project management.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Experience in cross-functional team coordination and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in workday and HR Journey are a plus.
