Duties and Responsibilities
- Works with and through clients to execute Track Platform implementation project plans, ensuring that implementations follow MCi’s standards and are delivered consistently
- Assists the management of site logistics to ensure a productive environment for the MCi implementation team
- Helps clients with the identification and organization of Master Data as required for Track
- Collaborates with clients to expand their current contractor management strategy and business processes across their major divisions based on industry best practices
- Works collaboratively with the MCi team, as well as with client business stakeholders, to optimize contractor work processes and the use of Track
- Provides instructor-led training in group and one-on-one settings, and provides end-user support during and after the implementation process
- Becomes a Track subject matter expert and champion by driving understanding and knowledge of systems and processes both internally and externally
This position is open to candidates located outside of the Houston, Texas area that reside within the continental US.

- Adherence to Standards and Directives: Follows MCi’s implementation methodology; utilizes documented standards and defined processes; follows supervisor instructions
- Communication Skills: Communicates effectively in writing, in person, and by phone or web meeting; exhibits professionalism in client interactions; represents MCi effectively
- Five or more years of software consulting or experience supporting business applications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Able to travel up to 50%
- Track Software experience is required
