You will oversee all aspects of the office, from business development and client relations to team management and strategic planning. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-growing industry and contribute to the company's global success.Strategic Leadership:- Develop and execute the strategic vision and business plan for the uniqueness of the EMEA region while in alignment with the company's overall goals.- Determine the budget required specifically for the region to drive overall success in the region.- Drive marketing, business growth, and expansion initiatives throughout the region.Sales & Business Development:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations aligned with CreatorIQ’s Revenue organization.- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, industry stakeholders, and the occasional influencer where possible.Team Management:- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.- Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.- Day-to-day management of the cross-functional teams, with a dotted line back to organization leaders for overall operational process and consistency.Operational Excellence:- Oversee day-to-day operations of the London office, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies.- Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.Client Success:- Work closely with the client success team to ensure client satisfaction, product adoption, and the successful execution of influencer marketing campaigns.- Address client needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner, acting as a local escalation point when required.Market Analysis:- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.- Utilize market insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the technology, marketing, or influencer industry.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Previous experience leading cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
- Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Proven track record of driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Familiarity with the influencer marketing industry and a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.
