About the role
This is a great opportunity for an HR Advisor to take on an interesting and varied 12 month maternity leave contract. The role, which reports to the VP, Talent & Culture is responsible for supporting the team at Invenco in an advisory capacity, providing insight across a range of areas from employee documentation to induction, employee relations, reporting and analysis.
Key responsibilities of the role include:· Recruitment, onboarding & induction · Employee experience, Engagement & Culture · Talent management & succession planning · Learning & Development · Employee relations and Performance Management · Reporting & Analytics
About you
Ideally, you’ll have 3-5 years of experience in HR with exposure to a global company environment and international teams. You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as love to work in a team.
Skills Required:· A tertiary qualification in human resources· Experience in an HR generalist role and ideally working in an international environment· Good understanding of NZ employment and immigration law · A positive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done· Strong problem solving skills· An understanding of data and how to present it in an easy to understand form· Strong Microsoft Suite knowledge, with Excel at an intermediate level.
