If you like a fast-paced environment, a team structure that provides support, training, and development, then apply today!The function of the Assistant Drain Specialist is to deliver excellent drain cleaning, assessment, and repair service, on drains of all sizes, to customers while representing the Company in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities:
- Assist in diagnosing drain problems.
- Inspect manholes, fixtures and clean outs to locate sewer line stoppages.
- Efficiently clean drain lines with hydro-jetters and flex shaft style cleaners.
- Performs pipe inspection with cameras and locating equipment.
- Create video inspections of lines to document pre and post cleaning conditions.
- Communicate with customers and management team throughout the process.
- Develop maps and reports on findings and recommendations for drain systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift over 50lbs.
- General computer skills –
- Ability to create word/PDF document reports.
- Transfer files from cameras to computers/USB drives and file share programs
- Mark up maps/pdfs to keep track of inspections.
- Email customers and management reports.
- Organize reports/photos/video files.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test, DOT physical and possess a valid driver’s license without any suspensions or major traffic violations in the past 36 months.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: this is a full-time hourly, non-exempt position.
