MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE!Robotic visual inspection equipment operators perform services ranging from locating manholes from a map, performing confined space entry operations, and performing standard CCTV/Cleaning operations.Duties include but are not limited to:Operating remote cameras that utilize CCTV to record interiors of various pipelines for inspections to determine if cleaning is needed (as well as what type) and if the pipe line is a candidate for liningJetting, cabling, and installing clean-outsLocate manholes from a mapPerform miscellaneous related duties and carry out special projects as assignedOperation and maintenance of all equipmentPerforms all work tasks required to support execution of sewer maintenance, inspection and/or rehabilitation pipeline tasksRepair various pipelines using a specific product and processPerforms difficult skilled work supervising and participating in jetting of sewer lines and vactoring of manholes and lift stationSet-up/take-down traffic control in the streetStore FootageWatch SurveillanceSkills required:1-year experience with water, sewer, televising, jetting, or CIPP constructionGeneral knowledge of the operation of robotic visual inspection equipment, and high pressure sewer cleaning equipmentStrong knowledge of plans and specificationsProficient skills with lasers, line and grade Strong Customer service and communication skills along with mechanical aptitude are requiredGeneral knowledge of the occupational hazards of the work and of necessary safety precautions.Must pass a DOT PhysicalVortex Companies, LLC and all subsidiaries is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against otherwise qualified applicants on the basis of race, color, creed, ancestry, religion, orientation, age, sex, marital status, national origin, disability, genetic information, or veteran status.
