This analyst will be integral in maintaining, improving and auditing our commissions process and data for multiple go-to-market (GTM) teams
What you'll do:
- Work with our go-to-market (GTM), Finance and Human Resources teams to ensure commissions are accurate and paid on time
- Maintain, audit and improve the quality of Salesforce data that affects commission payouts
- Work with sales team to ensure customer contracts are accurate and reflected correctly in Salesforce
- Maintain our commission system (Quotapath) to automate commission payouts for multiple different GTM teams
- Conduct periodic commission audits with our Finance team
- Brainstorm, test and deploy improvements to our commission reconciliation and payout process
- Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Quotapath to measure and improve commission process/strategy
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
- 3+ years experience with commission validation, audit and payouts
- Experience auditing, analyzing and transforming data using Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience working with CRM & ERP systems (Salesforce and Intacct is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in learning the software as a service (SaaS) business model
- Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, and Quotapath are pluses
