In addition, you will own the user experience of verkada.com as a product and collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance Verkada’s brand and improve customer conversion. We believe that clean, intuitive and efficient systems are a crucial piece of our ability to scale at a rapid pace. This is a hybrid role between technical program management and product management.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and implementation of Growth Engineering & Operations initiatives and key projects, including innovation in generative AI, to drive business impact and improve customer experience.
  • Spearhead and scope the creation of MarTech solutions, including verkada.com, marketing automation and personalized strategies, focusing on lead generation, customer journey mapping, and enhancing the marketing engineering ecosystem.
  • Serve as a central figure in facilitating collaboration among engineers, designers, marketing, and sales teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and technology solutions.
  • Drive organizational efficiency by optimizing processes and systems, minimizing complexity, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the team.
  • Utilize program management principles to translate high-level requirements into specific, measurable workstreams, assigning tasks, setting milestones, and fostering collaboration to achieve objectives effectively.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects, focusing on those with the highest impact, while ensuring clear and effective communication of timelines and project statuses to all stakeholders.
  • Document and communicate/distribute across the organization best practices for marketing automation.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in industry or similar role
  • Resilience - You will stop at nothing to make our tools the best they can be.
  • Detail-oriented - You think critically about challenges and design efficient and effective solutions.
  • Proactive - You act without being told what to do. You bring new ideas to the company each and every day.
  • Meticulous - A single extra field or necessary click bothers you if it doesn’t have a clear purpose.
  • Team Player - You know how to communicate well with a variety of stakeholders and can work as a team to get your designs implemented.
  • Prior tech company or startup experience is a plus.
  • (Preferred) Experience working in marketing or sales organizations

Pay Disclosure


At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range.

This estimate is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).Estimated Annual Pay Range$110,000—$180,000 USD
