Job Overview


At HungerRush, our commitment is to revolutionize restaurant services. One of our products, OrderAI, is growing rapidly and as a result, the OrderAI team is also expanding.  With this growth comes added complexity. The Implementation Specialist interfaces directly with both the internal development teams and external clients to coordinate, communicate, and implement OrderAI products tailored to client needs.  This role will be at the forefront of ensuring that the client's end-users’ ordering experience is smooth, efficient, and meets the highest standard of quality.

This is a remote role but may not be performed in the following states: California, Colorado, Maine, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C, or Washington. Access to an office space is available in Overland Park, KS and Houston, TX. 


Essential Responsibilities and Duties


  • Database Management: Ensure that all rooftops are accurately incorporated into the AI database.
  • Communication: Relay special requests to both the AI development team and the onboarding coordinator. In addition to a bridge between the client and the onboarding team, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns.
  • Coordination: Organize various team and customer collaborative sessions including actively collaborating with menu teams to review test cases, applying necessary fixes.
  • Client Relations: Maintain regular communication with customers, relaying the status of installations and important project dates.
  • Scheduling: Organize and maintain regular weekly or biweekly communications with customers to gauge progress, gather feedback, and provide updates.
  • Advisory: Clearly explain to customers any system limitations, suggesting potential workarounds when necessary.
  • Testing: Actively participate in both various QA and collaborative testing with the brand to ensure quality and functionality.

Qualifications


  • Minium: High School Diploma
  • Required: 2-4 Years of experience with Restaurants or POS hardware/software platforms
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a related role.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and software preferred
  • Experience in system implementation, integrations, and customization
  • Strong understanding of business processes and technical optimization
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and providing solution for technical challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work within a team environment, multi-task, and adapt to frequent change.
  • Ability to promptly answer service-related emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication
  • Ability to analyze data and/or situations containing both identifiable and unidentifiable factors
  • Microsoft Office, Salesforce (or other similar CRM/project management tools) experience

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear and constructive feedback to agents and teams.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and evaluations within set timeframes.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges and recommend solutions for enhancing quality.
  • Team Collaboration: A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, including product, development, and Sales teams.
