We're looking for an energetic, detailed-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to advise, support, and partner with the business units aligned to our Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO function consists of the Finance, People, Talent Acquisition, IT, Security and Legal teams. You’ll support our leaders and managers to create an environment where all Chainalysis employees can thrive, align on organizational and people strategies, and use data to develop best practices.
In this role, you’ll:
Build influential partnerships with the organization’s middle and senior management to execute the HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness
Understand business objectives and translate them to an HR agenda that continues to drive global improvement, productivity, and development within teams and across the company
Develop a deep understanding of the business, serving as a thought leader on people and organizational topics within your dedicated team as well as cross-functionally
Coach business leaders on employee relations matters including performance management, feedback, and career pathing, and mediating when needed
Partner with People Operations to develop manager and team trainings focused on development, culture and career growth
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Finance on strategic headcount planning, identifying critical roles, and succession planning
We’re looking for candidates who:
Have strong HR functional expertise and a proven track record of being an influential thought partner to the business
Are skilled in the facilitation and management of change, and possess a strong ability to identify, resolve, or refer complex issues in support of a positive work environment
Are familiar with employment laws and best practices
Interpret policies and regulations to ensure fair and equitable resolution of issues
Can manage several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet deadlines
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and build support for ideas and initiatives
Can develop strong relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization
Are innately curious and have a high sense of urgency that translates into a drive for results

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges for all United States based job listings. We set standard base salary ranges for all roles based on function, level, and location, benchmarked against technology companies. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, relevant work experience, skillset, internal equity, and other factors, consistent with applicable law. The salary range for this position is dependent on where you live within the United States.
Chainalysis maintains two pay zones: Zone 1 includes team members in the New York City metro area and team members in the San Francisco Bay Area. Zone 2 encompasses all other parts of the United States. The salary ranges are:
Zone 1: $129K-$183K-$238K
Zone 2: $112K-$161K-$209K
Base salary is just one part of our total rewards package which additionally includes equity, performance bonus or commissions for eligible roles, and competitive benefits. This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship
