We are seeking a dedicated Senior HR Business Partner to enhance our team with their expertise and deep understanding of HR functions. Our ideal candidate will impact every level of our organization by fostering relationships that prompt growth, facilitate innovation, and advance our dedication to an exceptional workplace culture. You will coach our leaders and managers, navigate, and resolve employee relations issues, and implement programs that help develop our employees. You will use qualitative and quantitative data to get to the bottom of issues and challenges, identify trends, and detail a narrative that enables Nautilus to ensure our employees are engaged and growing.
You will be an advocate and evangelist for creating a positive employee experience, put our employees first and ensure that Nautilytes understand how people decisions are made and how that contributes to their development.
Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that promote growth and innovation
Act as a consultant and provide coaching to management on employee-related matters
Guide managers through difficult discussions on performance, career progression, and compensation
Offer advice and coaching on HR policies, processes, and programs while ensuring fairness and employee advocacy
Drive initiatives to enhance leadership and company culture in line with our core values
Consult on a range of HR matters, including staffing, compensation, training, performance management, and compliance
Develop, lead, and deliver ad-hoc projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Work towards creating an engaging organizational environment conducive to learning and employee development
Anticipate employee needs and work collaboratively to develop innovative solutions for an enhanced employee experience
Qualifications
At least 8 years of HR Business Partner experience with a focus on performance management, organizational design, leadership coaching, and employee relations
Strong problem-solving skills, creative mindset, and proven ability to offer solutions for people and organizational challenges
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance, and best practices
Service-oriented approach with a commitment to creating positive change and delivering exemplary employee experiences
Versatility in communication styles to build trust with various organizational levels
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and sync with the broader HR group for a seamless employee experience
Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills, thorough attention to detail, and a talent for juggling multiple tasks concurrently
Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive attitude toward pursuing creative approaches and rolling up sleeves as needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with HCM/HRIS Systems is preferred, especially ADP, Lattice, and Ashby

Compensation Range: $150K - $200K
