Today Truv integrates with 50+ payroll providers, has 9,200 direct integrations with employers (10X industry average), and is on track to serve a few million consumers for income and employment verification in 2023.Position Overview:As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the success of our sales teams.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual who can build and lead the Sales Enablement function from the ground up. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and continuously improve sales enablement strategies, programs, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and Implement Sales Enablement Strategy.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and implement training programs for sales teams to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and market expertise.
  • Content Development and Management.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing and product teams to create compelling and effective sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Ensure sales content is up-to-date, relevant, and readily accessible for the sales teams.
  • Sales Training and Onboarding.
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires to accelerate time-to-productivity.
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions to keep the sales teams informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales enablement technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to integrate sales tools seamlessly into existing workflows.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales enablement initiatives.
  • Analyze data and feedback to measure the impact of enablement programs and continuously refine strategies.
  • Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure a unified approach.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales enablement within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales enablement technologies.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
