NOC Technician I
(This is a remote position open to applicants residing in TX, NM, AZ or KS)
Job Description
As a NOC Technician I, you will play a crucial role in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure maximum uptime and reliability. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for detecting and resolving network issues, escalating problems as necessary, and implementing solutions to optimize network performance. You will respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner. Troubleshoot network outages, performance degradation and more. This position includes being on an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Installation, troubleshooting and basic configuration of Windows Desktop Operating Systems
- Basic troubleshooting of hardware, software
- Troubleshooting of web browsers and applications
- Basic understanding of configuration and operation of mobile devices
- Basic understanding of VoIP phone systems, Printers and peripherals
- Basic Networking/Wi-fi
- Basic understanding of Cyber Security applications
- Willingness to complete a background check for the role

Salary Range
$45,000 to $52,000 (Non-exempt)
