Swayable is a fast-growing, cloud analytics product that measures public opinion and the impact of messages and advertising content on it. Founded in 2018 by two physics PhDs, it is led by the former Executive Director for Digital Strategy at the New York Times. Clients include major consumer-facing brands (Amazon, Airbnb, Square, Paramount Pictures), technology companies (Meta, Google), researchers (MIT, Yale, Stanford) and mission-aligned advocacy campaigns (including multiple Democratic Presidential candidates).

About the role:
Swayable is looking for a high-performing, fast-learning, and energetic Client Success Manager to support client relationships, insights, and expansion. In this role, you will advise our clients as they adopt Swayable’s innovative tools to support their mission.
Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on designing content tests • Set up, run, and interpret results of content tests• Identify and develop ways to support your clients by bringing the best of Swayable's products and pushing our product development as needed• Build strong relationships with your clients with the goal of ensuring satisfaction, adding value, and improving usage• Collaborate closely with the sales team on renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities within your client portfolio
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally in a client success or client services role • Comfort in client-facing roles, ideally in a client success or client services role • College degree in a relevant field: STEM, communications, statistics, business, public policy • Ability to bring a consultant mindset to your client interactions, with critical thinking, problem solving and ongoing support• An analytic mindset with the ability to synthesize data (Excel required, Python a plus)• Comfortable presenting to clients on a regular basis• Excellent attention to detail and quantitative reasoning skills• Excellent project management: able to self-manage and prioritize • Solid understanding of statistics and/or a willingness to learn (for example, explaining what an 80% confidence interval means)

Team:
You will be joining the Research and Client Success Team at Swayable, which leads the client relationships for the business. This includes large consumer facing brands (Amazon), as well as technology brands (Meta), and creative agencies (OMD Group). We are the primary interface between our clients and the product. We have a strong team culture with an emphasis on professional development. We have routine check-ins, regular two-way feedback and goal setting, and monthly retrospectives. Our team operates as a support network, where we regularly step in to help each other out.

The client success team is based in New York and San Francisco.
