Client Success Manager
(Open to applicants living around the Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, or Western Slope areas of CO.)
Job Description:
As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving the successful adoption and utilization of our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering value to clients.You will identify key stakeholders for each client and understand the decision-making process for technology and business decisions.
The Client Success Manager will troubleshoot technical and operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to provide solutions. You will develop and implement client success strategies to drive retention, renewal, and expansion opportunities. CSMs gather client feedback on products, services, and overall experience to inform product development and improvement initiatives. You will advocate for clients internally, communicating their needs, preferences, and feedback to relevant teams and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop client success stories, testimonials, and case studies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or customer relationship management roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and C-Level management
- Strong understanding of technology and business productivity systems and concepts
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with CRM software and other client management tools is preferred.
- Understanding of Microsoft Power BI used for presentation of client data and reporting
- Approximately 25% travel required within the State of Colorado.
- Willingness to complete a background check for the role

Salary Range
$59,000- $75,000 plus commissions
