Full-timeDescriptionFutura Mobility is a leading company in the Workforce Support industry in the region. We're now hiring a Field Service Technician to help us keep growing. Our Technology Center is comprised of field service technicians, engineers, help desk and technical support personnel.   • Responsibilities
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
  • Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Document processes
  • Respond quickly to customer issues
  • Advise and demonstrate/educate customers on the equipment as needed
  • Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
  • Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
  • Build positive relationships with customers

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent, Technical degree, or certification preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, diagnose, repair, and technical service equipment
  • Previous experience working in a hospital/healthcare setting is highly preferred
  • Proven field service experience
  • Great mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to lift to 55 pounds
  • Ability to stand on your feet up to 8 hours a day
  • Great communication skills to work with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules/priorities
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Willingness to drive a straight truck is a plus. Medical Cert required.
  • Experience working with nursing carts and power systems (Capsa, Rubbermaid, Ergotron, Enovate, Tripplite, etc....) would be preferred
  • Logistics
  • Must live within a daily commuting distance (15 - 20 miles) of 18936 to be considered or willing to relocate (Relocation costs will not be reimbursed for this role)
  • Hours - Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Valid PA Driver's License and reliable (own) method of Transportation
  • Current IRS standard mileage rates will apply
