WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟
We're seeking a versatile Content Production Specialist to spearhead our content production and ensure our storytelling captivates and engages our diverse audience. As a pivotal member of the creative team, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Creative Content to manage and enhance content initiatives across all platforms. Your mission will be to maintain the highest standards of quality and brand alignment, driving engagement through compelling content creation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀
- Lead the development and execution of innovative content projects from inception through to publication.
- Manage content calendars, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure all content is delivered on time and resonates on a personal level with our audience.
- Uphold exceptional standards of grammar and style. Edit and proofread with an eye for detail, improving the quality of content across blogs, social media, and all marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to ensure content is performing well and is appreciated by our audience.
- Develop and manage a thematic content series that aligns with Manychat’s value propositions.
- Initiate and lead user-generated content projects that bolster community interaction and increase brand loyalty.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💥
- Proven experience in content production, with a portfolio demonstrating success across various formats such as blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a flair for adapting style and tone to different formats.
- Strong project management abilities, capable of leading multiple content projects simultaneously and efficiently.
- Excellent understanding of brand alignment and ability to maintain consistency across all forms of content.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and content calendars.
- Strong analytical skills to track and leverage engagement data for content optimization.
- Experience in community engagement and user-generated content initiatives.
- Background in creating event content and managing cross-channel content series.
- Team player with a flexible approach to work and willingness to adapt to different roles as needed.
