- Developing and updating of company policies and procedures
- Manages the development and maintenance of the HR Information system through HR administration of the full employee lifecycle – processing annual leave, sick leave, force majeure leave and onboarding, offboarding management
- Performance Management – Tracking of probation period review process and assists managers with Bi-annual performance review meetings with employees
- Complies and presents Companywide Employee Survey data and trends to the Head of HR with any recommended actions if any
- Recruitment support - Support Managers with Recruitment efforts (assisting with sourcing and screening candidates, vendor management, background checking and drafting new hire documentation
- Assisting Head of HR with drafting documentation for any employee relations issues that arise
- Works on companywide initiatives to support the attainment of the company’s goals and promote employee engagement
- Manages full onboarding process for new employees
- Manages off-boarding processes including tracking trends via employee feedback such as exit interviews to improve retention rates
- Assists with monitoring of company wage and salary structure including salary raises and ensures to conduct salary benchmarks so the company remains competitive with market wage rates
- Coaches and mentors’ managers and employees alike on any HR related queries or issues
- Travel to our Dublin based office once or twice a month to meet managers on site
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2 years minimum experience in a HR and/or recruitment support role
- Some experience in recruitment support is beneficial
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Hybrid Role with up to 3 days on site and 2 days work from home with 1 travel day per month to our Dublin office
- Understanding of HR best practice and up to date on current employment legislation
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft office suites
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Third Level Degree specialising in HR or other relevant discipline
- CIPD(Chartered Institute of Personnel Development)accredidation
Location and Travel:
- Hybrid work option with the flexibility to work in our Irish offices located in Limerick City.
- We also offer flexible start/ end times, allowing your schedule to suit your lifestyle
