Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day system work – monitors and resolves system issues, creating and running reports, granting and revoking access, and configuring system settings.
- Collaborates and gathers requirements with business users: HR, payroll, finance, and IT to understand their needs and challenges.
- Works with developers to design and implement solutions that meet the business requirements and follow the best practices of Workday.
- Performs testing to ensure that the changes and new functionality are aligned with the business user requests and do not cause any errors or issues.
- Documents the standard operating procedures for the day-to-day tasks and trains other system administrators and business users on how to use the Workday tool.
- Assists business users with troubleshooting and resolving any issues or questions related to the Workday system.
- Lead cyclical system events – Benefits Open Enrollment, Advanced Compensation, Goal Setting and Performance.
- Manage Workday’s bi-annual updates.
Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Workday or a similar cloud-based system.
- Strong knowledge of Workday modules, such as core HR, absence, payroll, benefits, advanced compensation, talent, and security.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Workday certification is a plus.

Pay Range:
$ 122,000.00 USD - $ 140,000.00 USDThe pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
