WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Seeking out new talent, identifying and contacting prospective candidates at first level and screening talent before connecting them with Lead Recruiters
- Assist in scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Utilize various sources to attract potential candidates.
- Assisting in conducting background and reference checks successfully within the defined duration.
- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Post graduate in MBA- HR
- Available for 4-5 months internship opportunity
- Focus on streamlining processes for Emp Referral, DE&I hiring, BGV.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
