store coming to Northbridge Mall for the month of May 2024! We are seeking Part-Time Ops Associates who are experts in back of house organization, processing inventory and sales floor recovery.Leap is built upon the mission of helping the hottest up-and-coming e-commerce brands easily and effectively establish brick and mortar stores. Among the trailblazing brands we work with are: ASTR the Label, ThirdLove, Ring Concierge, Malbon Golf, Frankies Bikinis, Bad Birdies, True Classic Tees and many more. What We’re Looking For: 

  • Support execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment and floor set updates
  • Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests
  • Execute company-level operations-focused directives in partnership with the Store Manager and Retail Performance Manager.
  • Participate in general store maintenance; cleanliness & upkeep of store
  • Support other areas of the business, including Sales & Service and Cashier, as needed
  • Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and  days to meet the needs of the business; including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events
  • Embraces learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, apps, etc.; experience with Shopify, Endear, Slack, Google Office is a plus
  • Capable and willing to perform opening and closing tasks in the store; potential to carry store keys
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience; background in similar category preferred
  • Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards and processes
  • Comfortability working with/using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs
  • Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time.

  • Key Performance Indicators: Sales, Conversion, UPT, AUR & Traffic
  • Support Customer outreach and brand activations
  • Ability to accomplish tasks on time and effectively
