At PayFit we understand that you can gain applicable skills through a variety of life experiences and we are interested in knowing them, too.About the role:Your future team:You will be a part of the Chief of staff team composed by Business Operations Analyst, Salesforce Admins and a Support team.Our mission is to translate business needs into technical solutions (mainly in Salesforce) that aim to deliver business value. We are closely working with diverse stakeholders from Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Product departments.Our Salesforce:We are currently using Sales and Service clouds and have 650 active Salesforce users.
All working in different departments for 3 different countries (France, Spain and UK).Salesforce is integrated with several tools to enhance our users usage and productivity such as Hubspot (Lead Generation), Zuora (Quote and Billing), Outreach (Phone call and Email or LinkedIn automations), Intercom (Chat for customers), PayFit app Back-Office…Your mission:Within the team, you will be the part of Salesforce support. Your main mission is to help our stakeholders understand our technical solutions and find a way to resolve potential bugs they have.You’ll be the first point of contact between our team and the internal stakeholders users who operate on SalesforceYou’ll be responsible for identifying the source of the problem and answering our internal’s stakeholders questions and pains on the solutions we build & maintainYou’ll be in charge of resolving bugs and escalation when neededYou’ll be in charge of reporting an incident in case you notice an increased number of tickets on a specific topic or system failureYou’ll validate the access request to Salesforce for non CS and Sales ICs and monitor number of licenses we haveThis role is for you if:You are an extremely positive person, you like challenges and you are a strong problem solverYou have excellent communication skills and you are able to translate technical information into non-technical termsYou like following processes but also writing them, making sure that a problem you’ve already faced in the past will not repeat in the futureYou are an organised person, capable of prioritizing tasks based on their impact on the businessYou have previous experience using Salesforce and know a basic setupYou have previous experience in technical supportYou are comfortable with computer tools and discovering new ones does not scare youYou are fluent in EnglishOur hiring process 1) Meet HR team -on a discovery call (30') with Eléonore 2) Technical test with Sanja Filosevic (60')
