About the role:


Narmi is seeking a strategic, results-driven and high EQ+IQ individual to serve as Chief of Staff to one of our Co-Founders (Nikhil Lakhanpal). They will play a critical role in enabling company strategy, handling the leadership team’s operating rhythm, executing on key projects and serving as a key partner to a range of internal stakeholders. In short, you will work on the biggest priorities at the Company. Speed of execution and a focus on the growth of the company are two critical requirements for this role.

What you'll do


  • Work directly with our Co-Founder, Nikhil Lakhanpal, to manage and drive key operational and strategic initiatives across his domains, which include Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and HR
  • Help prepare for and run key team and cross-functional meetings including Leadership meetings, Company All-Hands, Investors, Board Meetings and other ad-hoc strategy discussions
  • Help lead our annual strategic planning process
  • Collaborate with department leads to develop, track, and target company-wide success metrics across our leadership reviews 
  • Step in as needed to fill resource gaps across the company

What you'll bring


  • 6+ years experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company or equivalent analytical and strategic role at top-tier organization. Product or Technical experience is desirable
  • Based in the NYC area
  • Excellence in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and high capacity to learn new technology tools (Slack, Github, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Demonstrated excellent written, presentation and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, i.e. "the ultimate project manager"

The expected annual base salary for this role is $145,000 - $200,000. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ.
