The ideal candidate boasts a strong track record of driving user growth and engagement for mobile apps. We value proactiveness, creativity, and a data-driven approach, alongside a deep understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO), paid advertising channels, and conversion optimization strategies. A great teammate who thrives in a collaborative environment is key. The ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams will be critical for our continued success.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:
- Have the opportunity to develop and implement comprehensive acquisition strategies to drive user growth for our mobile app.
- Develop and implement ASO strategies to improve app store visibility and conversion rates, contributing to overall user acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, product, brand, and analytics to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- Gain exposure to innovative acquisition marketing techniques and industry-standard processes in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
You will be successful here by:
- Demonstrating empathy for athletes and their experience while using Strava.
- Driving measurable results and achieving acquisition targets through effective campaign management and optimization.
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of acquisition marketing principles and demonstrating this knowledge to develop and implement successful acquisition strategies.
- Proactively finding opportunities for optimization and experimentation to improve campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams and partners to align on goals, objectives, and strategies.
- Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in acquisition marketing to stay ahead of the curve and drive innovation.
We’re excited about you because:
- 2-3 years of experience in acquisition marketing, preferably in the mobile app industry, with a track record of managing successful acquisition campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Experience with ASO principles and best practices, with a focus on optimizing app store listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a passion for driving user growth and engagement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, ASA, Facebook ads, etc.
