About The Role


AKASA provides health systems and hospitals across the U.S. with generative AI-powered technology and services for the revenue cycle. The Marketing Operations and Campaign Manager will be responsible for executing and measuring multi-channel campaigns that target buyers and those who influence the buying decision for enterprise solutions within the revenue cycle at large and mid-sized healthcare organizations. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and frequently interfacing with sales, this is a highly impactful role with significant exposure to AKASA’s executive teamWe’re looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented and martech-savvy individual that can set up and manage highly-segmented digital marketing campaigns with ease.

This person should be able to create one-stop-shop dashboards that pull in data from a variety of sources to report on performance by campaign and channel, as well as track attribution as prospects move through a customer journey.Like every other member of our team, this person will wear multiple hats and operate in true startup fashion. AKASA is based in South San Francisco, and this person will be expected to have at least five hours of overlap with the Pacific time zone.

What You'll Do


  • Execute innovative B2B marketing campaigns across various channels (email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO, etc.) with compelling information that drives target audience acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Build and optimize dashboards that measure results by campaign, channel and cross-company, as well as use that data to report on areas for improvement
  • Partner with Sales Operations to develop and maintain a seamless customer journey between the two teams in Salesforce, tracking lead flow to ensure leads are properly segmented, nurtured and scored.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Business Development Associates (first-touch sales team members) to ensure MQLs are followed up on by sales and convert as many as possible to scheduled appointments. Create a strong partnership with sales to ensure programs align with sales expectations and encourage continuous communication
  • Analyze marketing data and deploy A/B testing of campaign tactics (messaging, subject lines, outreach, content, targets, etc.) to continuously optimize our website, landing pages, ads, emails, and campaign actions for conversation and engagement. Measure cost per lead to advice on marketing campaign efficiency.
  • Implement and manage the AKASA marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, Salesforce marketing automation, email marketing tools, social and retargeting ad platforms, and analytics tools.

Skills & Qualifications


  • Prior experience in marketing or related departments, such as sales or demand generation, for an enterprise software or cloud-based solution provider with large enterprises and long, complex sales cycles
  • Deep working experience cleansing data, building campaigns, and creating reports and dashboards with Salesforce.com and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
  • Deep working knowledge and ability to report on LinkedIn ads and similar platforms
  • Working knowledge of Rollworks and other ABM and 3rd party intent data platforms
  • Working knowledge of Google AdWords, programmatic display advertising, and other digital demand generation and ABM applications
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset to report on marketing activities in compelling ways to enable quick decision-making
  • Proven track record of building relationships across a number of stakeholders, including sales, content, and account management
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership

Nice to have


  • Skilled and knowledgeable at building custom experiences in campaigns and previous experience with tools such as Mutiny
  • Healthcare technology or life sciences industry experience is a plus

Compensation


  • Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $95,000-$130,000 + Equity. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
