About the Role
Vidyard is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (12 month contract) to join our Demand Generation team. Reporting to the Manager, Demand Generation, you will lead our performance marketing efforts to drive user acquisition, conversion, revenue growth, and improve campaign efficiency. This role is pivotal in shaping Vidyard's future by developing and executing data-driven strategies across paid channels, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and continuously optimizing our paid media program for maximum impact.

About the Team
Our Demand Generation Team is responsible for expanding Vidyard’s market footprint through targeted digital marketing and demand generation programs. We are a growing team of 4, focused on sourcing, capturing, and nurturing demand and pipeline for both our sales-led and product-led businesses.
What You’ll Work On
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid channels such as SEM, paid social, display, and video.
- Own the end-to-end build and management of campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities, and implement strategies to improve ROI and lead quality.
- Surface experimentation opportunities to iterate and improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, content marketing, and sales, to align campaign messaging, creatives, and objectives with overall business goals.
- Work closely with business operations to develop and refine attribution models and recurring reports and dashboards.
- Communicate program results to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead day-to-day communications with third-party vendors and platform representatives to resolve issues, build roadmaps, and facilitate program success.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
What You’ll Bring to this Role and Your New Team:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth through paid channels.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Looker, Excel or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of how first-party data, conversion tracking, and attribution models work together.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple paid channels, with a focus on maximizing ROIs and lead quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative problem solver with a passion for testing new ideas and iterating on strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes and delivering against growth targets.
