Maven is looking for a Lead Product Manager who will own the product strategy execution of new product initiatives, leading roadmap processes for our Care Delivery Products, specifically our EMR platform.
As a Lead Product Manager at Maven, you will:
- Develop a compelling vision for your Products, drive alignment and provide clarity to see the path from today to the vision state
- Partner with our Provider Group, Care Advocacy, and Customer Support teams to drive our company OKRs, pairing a deep understanding of our members with industry signals to stay ahead of trends
- Define success for the Product areas you own, track the outcomes of your Products with clearly defined success metrics and evaluate progress using KPIs that move our company OKRs
- Prioritize against multiple opportunities and balance business needs against user needs, putting together a roadmap that results in a best-in-class care experience for both members and providers
- Increase member and provider satisfaction by developing key features that delight our users, and drive better clinical outcomes
Minimum qualifications:
- 6+ years of Product experience building digital products throughout the entire product lifecycle which must include the delivery of a significant product
- Track record of consistently delivering on business objectives and meeting roadmap commitments as well as defining a multi-year strategy for your area
- Strong product sense, grounding all product decisions in data, user feedback and measurable impact
- Ability to navigate to the the best solution in ambiguous situations, with exceptional communication that provides frameworks for thinking and clarity for teams
- Experience managing senior leaders and executive stakeholders to set expectations and clearly present trade offs
Preferred qualifications:
- Background in digital health, with skills navigating complex concepts and building care delivery systems that scale, including conducting build vs. buy decision
- Experience with people management or closely mentoring other product managers
- Experience working within a fast-growing organization
For candidates in NYC, CA or CO, the salary range for this role is $180,000-$215,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits.
